Implement a "Sign up at this amount" option

We would like to have a button on our webpage that signs people up for membership at a specific payment level in a one-step process, rather than telling people to create an account first, and then selecting a payment plan.

Essentially, something that would allow us to replace the buttons on our current signup page:
