Vagrant Subutai box uses by default libvirt pool storage name default.
LIBVIRT_POOL default value should be default.

The user should set libvirt storage pool name like in vagrant-subutai.yml
LIBVIRT_POOL: my_custom_pool_name

Created libvirt pool in Documents folder:

Peer used the directory that was set.
Fixed in master
