Environment list is always on bottom of page and user have to scroll to it #1901

Currently environment list is combined with environment designing workspace:

This is kind of inconvenient, when you need only to see environment list and do some operations on it (not adding or removing containers). You have to always scroll down to bottom of page to see env. list. And because this list is auto-updated periodically, if you have several environments and env. you are focused at the moment is positioned in the bottom of the list, after auto-update, scrolling resets, and you have to scroll to bottom to find your env. again.
I think it would be better if env. list will be on separate page, like containers list for example. Or current layout should be divided 50/50 with option of extending workspace area or env. list up/down.
