Mentions to GoodWill on docs

We need to review every mention to GW on docs.subutai to make sure all it up to date. Docs search tool listed these mentions:

• Infographic on Glossary page
• Some of the FAQs
• CC documentation is almost correct, but not precise: "Subutai Bazaar integration and account monitoring, including GoodWill balance (digital wallet functionality)"
• BP docs still talk about the max-price variable. Is it still available?

max-price is valid still I think

All other mentions seem ok. I missed more in-depth info about GW (for now we're focusing on a glossary entry). Maybe create another subsection under "2. Working with Subutai". Currently the subsection we have there are:

• Getting Started with Subutai
• Using PeerOS
• Using Bazaar
• All About Blueprints

GoodWill section would then sit right beside those, and we could give more detailed info about it (and link a "learn more" button from the entry on the glossary page)

@efeefe I got all the places in the docs done but I guess this issue also wants to create the new section. Were you and @Khudairi working on stuff for this section or I just have to go free form?

I'm creating the new subsection, and realized we need to edit the docs for E2E as well (I had created this issue about it BTW).
