Feature Request: First and Lastname

In my region (and country = Germany) is it mandatory to also collect the first and last name of a person and not just the email address. For people with a university email or so this is fine, you have it. But you don't have them for guests.
For my usecase I have to get first and lastname of every person (no university very few people have an email address of this domain).
