Automatic subtitle conversion to utf-8

This is a suggestion .

It would be nice for streama to automatically convert a subtitle on upload to utf-8 in linux , and the reason i say this is because i upload my subtitles and videos from windows to my server in linux , when i play the movies without converted subtitles i get special characters in the subtitle display .
i had to make a simple script to fix this and convert the subtitles to utf-8 while this suggestion is not added to streama , it can be found in : https://github.com/peterpt/server-admin-tools in case anyone needs it for now .
