How To Reproduce

CREATE TABLE t0(c0 TEXT);
INSERT INTO t0(c0) VALUES (DEFAULT);
DELETE FROM t0;
INSERT INTO t0(c0) VALUES (DEFAULT);

SELECT * FROM t0;
