Serializer Updates

Right now, there's a whole wave of updates that affecting how the serializers work. I need to go through and fix these so I can write a thorough tutorial on serializer creation.

• Store partial loading (Relationship partial loading #47)
• Automatically apply updates for updateRecord request
• Store deletedRecords meta attribute
• Fully document normalized JSON format
• Write example serializer/tutorial
