Tracks skipping prematurely

Songs stream fine, but every song skips to the next song after around 2 minutes.

Server: Heroku
Device: echo (2nd gen)

I see the following 400 errors in the Heroku logs:

I almost positive this is a Heroku problem. I was having the same issue and tried to fix it forever. I'm not sure what it is. I set it up with just a local server and it works flawlessly. Anyone know of anything else that's free that is similar to Heroku? Or am I best off just getting a raspberryPi and setting the server up on that?

I am using it with AWS Lambda serverless stack with zappa-deploy. I have not seen this issue. It might be a heroku specific issue like @chasedixon suspects.
