question about generating HRV from raw data #2

I'm trying to figure out how go from raw data, to HRV values using the SWELL dataset.

Example of the raw data:

   1.2656250e+00   8.7011719e+02
   1.5156250e+00   8.8536996e+02
   1.7656250e+00   8.9018974e+02
   4.0156250e+00   8.0312756e+02
   4.2656250e+00   8.0280973e+02
   4.5156250e+00   8.0228736e+02
   4.7656250e+00   8.0104602e+02

Is this the same process you went through in your code? If so I'll try to adapt your pipeline. Any help is appreciated
