I messed up the control settings now 1 key is only available "enter" nothing else can somebody help me to reset settings

You may have changed the "coin mode" from home to arcade. You should still be able to get into the settings menu with the scroll lock key.

If that doesn't work, you can delete the Keymaps.ini file from the Save directory where your settings are stored (which is different depending on OS and if you're using portable mode for SM) (Edit: Here is where you can find your settings: https://github.com/stepmania/stepmania/wiki/Manually-Changing-Preferences )
