Dear experts;
I am running the code explained in "https://stellargraph.readthedocs.io/en/stable/demos/graph-classification/dgcnn-graph-classification.html" to do a graph classification using the dataset "PROTEINS".
I have 2 questions now:
1- when running the code: ### x_inp, x_out = dgcnn_model.in_out_tensors() in creating the model, I face the warning below:
WARNING:tensorflow:AutoGraph could not transform <bound method GraphConvolution.call of <stellargraph.layer.gcn.GraphConvolution object at 0x000001DDB40189D0>> and will run it as-is.
Please report this to the TensorFlow team. When filing the bug, set the verbosity to 10 (on Linux,
export AUTOGRAPH_VERBOSITY=10
) and attach the full output.Cause: module 'gast' has no attribute 'Index'
To silence this warning, decorate the function with @tf.autograph.experimental.do_not_convert
WARNING:tensorflow:AutoGraph could not transform <bound method SortPooling.call of <stellargraph.layer.sort_pooling.SortPooling object at 0x000001DDB4018AC0>> and will run it as-is.
Please report this to the TensorFlow team. When filing the bug, set the verbosity to 10 (on Linux,

WARNING:tensorflow:From C:\Users\eeg\anaconda3\envs\GCNN\lib\site-packages\tensorflow\python\util\deprecation.py:574: calling map_fn_v2 (from tensorflow.python.ops.map_fn) with dtype is deprecated and will be removed in a future version.
Instructions for updating:
Use fn_output_signature instead
WARNING:tensorflow:AutoGraph could not transform <bound method SortPooling._sort_tensor_with_mask of <stellargraph.layer.sort_pooling.SortPooling object at 0x000001DDB4018AC0>> and will run it as-is.
Please report this to the TensorFlow team. When filing the bug, set the verbosity to 10 (on Linux,

Now my question is that if I have to solve the problem or I can ignore it.
2-The second question is that, when I arrive to model fitting,
history = model.fit ( train_gen, epochs=epochs, verbose=1, validation_data=test_gen, shuffle=True),
the program gets stuck in the first epoch with a warning:
C:\Users\eeg\anaconda3\envs\GCNN\lib\site-packages\tensorflow\python\framework\indexed_slices.py:431: UserWarning: Converting sparse IndexedSlices to a dense Tensor of unknown shape. This may consume a large amount of memory.
warnings.warn(
and nothing happens after that....
I would be grateful if you could help me solve this problem.
Best regard
Maedeh
