bookmarks can get duplicated in particular conditions #204

The idea of bookmarks is that they should be unique. However, there's a way to duplicate a bookmark.

create a bookmark on a line.
delete the line
put the same bookmark on another line
undo the deletion.

How to solve? specialized LineMetaInfo that deals with the duplication?
