VTK/ITK repo url is outdated

The link to the VTK/ITK git repos in superbuild/External-VTK.cmake is outdated.
Also I suggest updating VTK to current version 8.2 because the old version does not build on gcc v >=7.

Thanks for pointing this out. As you have noticed, maintanance of statismo has stalled on this repo. However, it is currently under active development at the university of Brest
(see https://github.com/kenavolic/statismo/tree/develop).

As it is not officially released yet, I have not added a link to the README yet. But I am pretty sure they already fixed this issue.

Thanks for the heads up. No, I haven't noticed. I tested it this afternoon but unfortunately it will no be able to package this for debian, as it relies on ITK5 (which is not yet available). I will have to get in touch with the coder, though.
