I find the third project the most interesting. You will have to put considerable effort into thinking through an efficient sampling and data collecting strategy to process the audio and also gather the tags on the clips (are they tagged already or will you have to supply those (things like "horror")?).
The other two will work also. I think I see a bit of an advantage to the Yelp one because it looks like a very rich dataset that would invite many angles of analysis.
I'll leave it to you all to decide which one to move forward with.
