Quick scrolling over the title, does not change the url #8

Scroll to the content of any article such that only body of the article is visible - titles of current and next article are not visible.
scroll to the next article such that you lanup on the content again, skipping the titles. Url does not change.

Thought: May be we need to put content in in-view rather than titles.
