Rationale

(largely copied from #808)
This project need more maintainer capacity to do its users justice and help drive things forward. See #940 for related discussion

I do enough to keep it from going entirely dormant, but that is really not sufficient for a healthy project; Having contributors wait weeks for review feedback is a bad experience for everyone involved and for that I apologize.

Proposal

I would purpose inviting @iffyio @lovasoa @jmhain as maintainers (with write access to the repository)

I would expect to continue to review / do releases.

I believe all three recently have been contributing to the project for more than 6 months, both with high quality code and (more importantly) reviews and help for the rest of the community. I believe they will use judgement to ensure the project remains easy to contribute to, easy to use, solicit user feedback, and not cause excessive API churn for existing users.

If you have any comments, please share them here.

I look forward to a bright future for sqlparser-rs

Prior Art

Note we went through this process before with @AugustoFKL #808 but sadly he was unable to continue (see #808 (comment))

Next steps

I plan to leave this ticket open for at least two weeks while anyone who would like can share comments. Then we'll figure out what to do
