별이 벌이 되는 현상 #204

개발 중 Inputbox에서 "별"을 쓰면 "벌"로 변경되는 현상이 있습니다.
개발환경이라 화면 캡쳐한 것을 가져오기가 힘들어 설정 정보 및 현상을 글로 적어 보겠습니다.

일단 레이블(텍스트)는 이상이 없고, 인풋박스에서만 일어나는 현상
font-family: 'Spoqa Hn Sans Neo' , Sans-serif;
font-size: 12px (11px, 13px는 이상이 없음)
font-weight: bold
font-style: normal
화면 100% (90%, 110%는 이상 없이 '별'로 보임
크롬, 엣지 동일

애를 먹고 있습니다. 확인 부탁드립니다.
