Become a sponsor to Joseph Perez

Hi πŸ‘‹ , I'm Joseph Perez, a French πŸ‡«πŸ‡· passionate software developer πŸ€“ (yes, I wear glasses).

I work on my own projects in my spare time, because I enjoy it. If you find my work useful, or just cool, I'm even more happy.
Outside of Github, I'm also father of 1 adorable child (+ 1 still being downloaded).

I'm the author of apischema.

Why sponsoring me?

Or, why would you buy yourself a WinRAR licence? πŸ˜… I've worked on apischema with commitment and without sponsoring from the start, especially since other people started to use it, adding still more features, answering issues and releasing patches in less than 24h. And I will continue to do it, simply because I do what I enjoy to do.

As a comparison, apischema has more than 12k lines of code, a little bit more than pydantic but 2x more than marshmallow. It's also more additions/deletions than both of them, in a lot shorter period of time, while both of them has way more contributors.

I've indeed worked quite a lot, and I'm not done yet. If my work helps you, sponsoring me is a way to help me in return to do even more.

Last but not least, sponsoring me is also sponsoring the tools I use, because I would of course sponsor them in turn. I'm thinking especially to MkDocs. Treat others as you would like others to treat you. πŸ˜‡

The story you want to know

Why wyfo? When I was looking for a pseudo I was also working at the same time on a custom keyboard layout. In one of my experiments, the left bottom row was WYFO, and I don't know how and why I've thought at this time it could be a good idea. Yep, I kind of regret it. πŸ₯΄
