The last few years have been a rollercoaster ! What started out as a relatively simple project, @serpent-os, has evolved over the past 3 years to the point we're now rejiggling it to become the basis of Solus 5!

Truly exciting times ahead, and with your help we can get there. We need to cover ongoing expenses including hardware required for the imminent infrastructure push, and at a personal level any extra will help me with my goal to get my wife and 4 children back home to Ireland.

Current priorities

Our main focus is moss-rs - a Rust 🦀 productisation build of our package manager providing a robust, memory safe and version agnostic package manager to serve as the foundation for Serpent + Solus for years to come!

In addition we're working on a trial project to mass convert the entirety of the Solus repositories to Serpent format and stick our package management in - enabling a far more streamlined delivery workflow!
