how funds are used

funds are first spent on any hosting costs for Splashcat such as domains, Fly.io bill, CDN, and email sending. after that, excess funds will be going towards savings for my education and transition stuff like hrt and cute clothes, which i will refer to as the ✨ cute clothes fund ✨!! yes it dumb name. but me is silly so :3 anyways because of this, sponsors mean a lot to me 💖
