I'm Billie Thompson, I live in the wonderful Berlin🇩🇪, though I was born in the UK🇬🇧. Tech-wise, Originally I come from the PHP Community, though now I help lots of big organisations develop software in more fun, safer and faster ways by utilising 🌤️"the cloud"⛈️ , with @Armakuni!

At the moment I am mostly working on a little project to improve working with git in large organisations, by creating some hooks, called git-mit, that work well in that situation including things like Co-authors and checking for issue numbers. Historically I have this README template that I think is pretty good that lots of people seem to have used.

The money would go towards being able to spend more time on open source projects, and generally keeping me alive in Berlin. And on coffee. Especially on coffee.

It's a small goal, but this isn't really about the money. I'd really love to know that my work was useful enough to some awesome person I haven't met, that they would buy me a coffee because of it. Meeting this goal would make me feel amazingly happy and give me that dopamine hit to keep contributing.
