I'm Eric, and I grew up in the Chicago area. I've since upgraded by moving to Denver! I love the healthtech culture of Denver and of course the mountains too 🙃
The main project I'm working on now is called Type Assist. It gives you autocomplete suggestions as you type. You can use it for whatever application you want. And I'm going to use it to help doctors type their clinical notes faster. So that those doctors can spend more time with their patients.
I've felt the power of being with a doctor for enough time. I diagnosed a non-serious brain tumor in my skull a few years ago. The first two doctors I saw rushed through the appointment even though I felt scared. And the third doctor patiently went through it with me until I no longer felt scared.
All of us deserve enough time with our doctors. This project is one small step towards that goal.
Your funds will help to pay for hosting charges. And honestly make it so I can do less consulting and focus more on projects like these 🙂
