Hey there! My name is Jeroen [yuh'roon], living in the Netherlands.

My goal is to teach other people the craft in frontend. As frontend engineers we're just so spoiled with all the beautiful things we can create. My goal is to make people smile when they use my products, and I'd love to teach this to others as well.

Currently I'm building @calcom as well as teaching and mentoring other engineers via @frontendfyi.
I see open source as a very important place where people who are interested in coding can learn how certain things are approached. I'm a huge proponent of besides open sourcing libraries, also open sourcing complete projects — as engineers can learn a lot from this. Next to that I also strongly believe that the web is build around all those open source tools we use daily. That is the main reason why I think they deserve time from the people using them, to improve these tools even further 🙏

Any funds I receive from sponsors will be use to dedicate my time to working on open source projects, as well as teaching other engineers the craft.
