设置多个alias后，依赖的多个alias文件最后只剩一个 #99

出现的原因在于： task/lib/script.js 第310行，对 item.path 做了 uniq 的处理，但第187行，对于alias文件的path没有设置，于是所有 path 为undefined的模块就都被uniq了。
请修复
