Can you please try cloning the repo with the following instead:
git clone https://github.com/splunk/attack_data

I understand you are likely following the instructions here:

attack_data/README.md

Line 25 in 092029a

git clone git@github.com:splunk/attack_data.git

So I will update them to reflect the clone command I have written above.
