c4 bleep out of sync

Hi

I have no idea if this is because of the retakes mod. But either way maybe someone can help me.
I lowered the c4 timer to 30s. And players complain about the boob bleeping out of sync. Like you hear the bleep and you think its like 10s left until it explodes but its not, its less.

I see no reason this would be relates to retakes. If you're using some type of plugin that automatically plants the c4, that is probably related though.
