Managed Delivery Artifact without using EC2 or Titus? #6940

While trying to use the tagVersionStrategy value for our Docker tags I noticed that the only solution available suggested using EC2 or Titus.

However,the Spinnaker documentation points that:

This means that we support only EC2 and Titus, and that we have limited feature and UI support. This guide walks through onboarding to Managed Delivery assuming that you are using EC2 or Titus.

Since our architecture is not using this platforms (or AWS) at all, I'm trying to see if there is any support for other Cloud providers as well. We are using Microsoft Azure for example.

NOTE: The Spinnaker documentation is not updated since 2021 on this topic and I'm wondering if there is any update regarding support for more providers or tools.
