Ability to label each block on an entry to understand what content it contains without needing to expand it #856

What would you like to see added to or changed in Neo, and why?

One of our clients is using NEO to build out page structures (Rows -> columns -> elements like 'text', 'image', etc.). When building longer pages there's quite a lot of blocks and often some of these are disabled.

They've asked if there's a way that they could label each block on each entry so that they know what the block contains without having to expand it. i.e. if they have three blocks called 'Row - Content' stacked on top of each other, then they would like to be able to label them to something like 'Row - Content: About us', 'Row - Content: Our People' and 'Row - Content: Contact Us' so they can quickly see what it is.

I can't see a way to do this currently (Apologies if I've missed something), but I'm sure this would be handy for a few clients.
