CryoArks IT will not install the Web Portal until Apache and Python are updated. Also, Apache 7.5 is hard coded.

Apache Solr 7.5.x is at least hard-coded here:

matches = re.findall(r'href="7\.5\.(\d+)/"', index_html)
versions = [tuple(int(x) for x in v) for v in matches]
latest = sorted(versions, reverse=True)[0]
print '7.5.%d' % latest

Our security team is complaining about the 7.5 version of Solr that is used by the Specify Portal as it's
"end-of-life."
