Describe the bug
When editing the count of a disposal's preparations, an OperationalError occurs.
Note: occurs in both v7.9.3.1 and edge
Related to #4841?

To Reproduce

  1. Go to a disposal with preparations (https://umherb11024-edge.test.specifysystems.org/specify/view/disposal/5/)
  2. Edit the Count/Quantity fields for the preps (ex: Click the Up or Down arrows or type in a number)
  3. See error

Expected behavior
Clicking on the arrows or typing in a number in the Count/Quantity fields should not cause an error. The value for the field should not go higher than available preparations and not be a negative number.
