This involves extending the existing paleocontext table to support multiple ages on a single specimen, add geology-specific fields and relationships, and generally evolving the concept to support a broader range of geologic context record details.

This may involve changing the underlying database relationship type based on the outcome of internal discussions, our research, collaboration meetings, and data provided by geologists and paleontologists.
