Web server sends Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8 when requesting an XML resource like https://wv62822-edge.test.specifysystems.org/context/app.resource?name=DataObjFormatters

The demo server is reporting correctly Content-Type: text/xml (https://sp7demofish.specifycloud.org/context/app.resource?name=DataObjFormatters)
