Indicate when offscreen columns have unread entries #124

I'm not sure exactly where to put the UI elements for this, but if you refresh all and there are unread entries in offscreen columns, it might be nice to let the user know. Maybe in the sidebar? Or a popup on the edge of the screen?

We could have another unread icon on the sidebar which is a total of them all.
