Notebook sidebar not displayed correctly following browser refresh #927

When viewing a notebook, if I refresh the browser then the sidebar often ends up squashed right up against the side of the screen.

Refreshing the browser again sometimes fixes this. Toggling sidebar off and on again does fix it.

I also have Git integration configured so sidebar contains "Edit history" tab as well as "Vars" and "Errors".
