Include extra data in job build times chart #455

We'll want to incorporate the following into pipeline user impact dashboard, specifically in reference to the build times by job pie chart.

Total build time (the graph probably needs an "other" wedge, or it needs to say what percent of total build time the top packages are)
total number of jobs (we already have this elsewhere)
how many jobs comprise each wedge
min/max/average/median build time in each wedge
what percent of each wedge was retries vs. non-retried builds
