Start using results database for monitors

Currently the store_results methods of the monitors are more or less "deactivated." This is due to a combination of lack of finalization of what the monitors should be tracking and priorities elsewhere.

This is a lower priority item. The raw data for each monitor is available, so calculating results can be done without the storage
