The on_restarted method of all ennemy entities is called twice everytime it should be called once.

I can confirm this, it is called twice, it is very noticeable when fighting a boss (playing a sound effect will makes this easier to reproduce)

Closes solarus-games#1179.
It was called both when the map started and when the map opening
transition finished.
