系统注销或重启后，MacType 不生效 #978

Mactype版本：Version 2023.5.31，Win10LTSC 2021
现象：使用服务加载或注册表加载，系统注销或重启后，MacType 不生效

改为托盘加载后，Mactype生效了，这时再改为服务加载，即便注销或重启计算机，Mactype依然生效。
反映一下这个问题，看能否解决。
