Feature Request: Alert highlight

Please allow highlights to trigger a visual alert - Windows notification, icon change (including tray icon) and/or window tab blinking. Would be preferable if all this would be configurable. Thanks!

You can enable "Display tab icon on log change". The color of the tab-icon will change if it is an alert.

You can configure "External Tool" that is triggered on an alert, and play a sound or something exciting.

While this works, it displays no indication when SnakeTail is minimized, meaning user won't be notified unless he remembers to check the program window himself.

I too would like some indication of file update when minimized. The tray icon should change somehow.
