Access Admin Panel

Hello,

how i can access the admin panel?
I have installed on ubunutu via command line?

Also how can i add second listen and port
proxy http -t tcp -p "0.0.0.0:443" -T tcp -P "52.56.38.216:443"
proxy http -t tcp -p "0.0.0.0:80" -T tcp -P "52.56.38.216:80"
in one command line?

i was able to install the admin panel but when i add http proxy i receive ssl handshake fail? What to do now?
