As discussed on the 2024-01-29 call , we should add a list of SLSA implementations to slsa.dev.
This will help both people in search of tools supporting SLSA (both builders and verifiers) and the SLSA spec group in search of validation that SLSA is being adopted.
It should be simple to submit additions. A proper disclaimer will ensure that no endorsement is implied and any claims of compliance is left to the submitter.
Issue #574 had some relevant information that could be used to get us started.
As part of this effort, the Get started page should be refreshed, and the SLSA builders list at the bottom replaced with a pointer to the new page.

Is opening a Pull Request considered simple enough for submitting adoptions? We could use a data file and allow people to submit details as a PR to the data file.
I sure hope a PR is simple enough! On the other hand I don't know whether it would be easier to add a data file than adding to some kind of table. We might need to experiment.
