Builder.exe

Alright, I got to get it to build the "Builder.exe" but when I try executing it. nothing pops up. there isn't even an error that pops up.

Copy requirements.txt file to desktop then open cmd and type these commands
cd desktop
pip install -r requirements.txt
After all the modules are installed, then run the program again, it should work
