We have brought up a new HOMER server, and have our lab sending data to it just fine, but when I configured a production SBC (same as lab) to send HEP traffic to HOMER, nothing from the new server is in HOMER. Is there something that I need to do for new SIP endpoint in order for HOMER to accept the traffic?

In general no, all received HEP traffic should be processed. 99% firewall rule blocking traffic on the sender.

@Qualkehk make sure you can see HEP packets leaving your new SBC towards HOMER

I can confirm layer 3 connectivity and confirm HEP packets are leaving the production server to our HOMER server.
