Feature request: ability to filter URLs

Thanks for making this! It would be very useful for us to be able to globally filter out URLs containing certain strings, so they don't count towards any of the aggregated impressions, clicks, etc.

This is an option in GSC: Performance -> New (in the top menu) -> Page -> URLs not containing, and can be applied over the API using the dimensionFilterGroups property.

I had this same issue when using this tap. Not sure if you are still interested but at the moment I implemented it in my own branch to get around this limitation in the short term. master...dkarzon:support_filters

Long term it would be good to have the streams.py file as a json file that can be overridden to allow setting these kinds of filters and being able to update the properties and have multiple custom streams configured instead of just the 1.
