Are there any plans to design implementations in the SimpleX network to discourage attackers trying to take down SimpleX servers?

Decentralized networks such as Monero, i2p and Tor recently faced a lot of these kinds of attacks, which have really degraded the quality of the service.

SimpleX Chat is already blocked in China #2176. An open issue discussion mitigations. Signal created a TLS Proxy to bypass restrictions in Iran, but Signal-TLS-Proxy is very outdated and I'm sure SimpleX devs can figure out something better.
