Enhancement: Update front-end state information

I think the front-end information about the draft and published states could be slightly cleaned up due to the "How it works" which looks like a link but has a popover when you hover which is not accessible. Although low priority I suggest either copying the styles of an alert info or alert light including a link "Show more details" which would expand and show the details which are currently located in the hover. Potentially could include a "Learn more" link if there are any other relevant user guides. Reference: #84
