Due to FERPA regulations, actual student names should only be visible to TAs and should be anonymized to others.
Student names should be replaced with a random adjective and a random noun (eg. "Excited Racoon").
This needs to be done server-side to prevent data leakage.

Basically implemented in #221 but abandoned due to apparent lack of interest/need.
