Add Markdown support to questions in tickets

Looks like a super quick fix to this would be to do meteor add markdown and then wrap all question text in the {{#markdown}} ... {{/markdown}} helper. However, two issues I see with this. One is that is doesn't allow users to preview the markdown that they're typing, I think something a bit more complex would be needed for that. Additionally, I don't think the markdown package allows for LaTeX which would be cool to have. Perhaps that could be fixed just by adding MathJax, though.
