It seems like Hound actually runs the linter on each file. This doesn't help that much in terms of resolution issues. Maybe remove Hound altogether and just stick to CodeClimate? Their pace of development is also quite slow.

I've disabled Hound for now since it never catches errors anyway and doesn't support Stylelint. If it's worth it, we can reenable in the future.
